**Salary**:£29-31,000 dependent on experience

**Summary**

The Project Support (PS) role is to support the Programme Managers (PMs) in the delivery of programmes and services for FidesOak clients. As a result, the PS role will work closely with the Programme Managers, members of the Solutions team and FidesOak Associates to ensure the success of delivery to FidesOak’s high standards.
There may be the requirement for travel.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Supporting the Programme Managers to deliver successful outcomes at each stage of the programme.
- Support the Assessment and Measurement Specialist and PMs in the creation and administration of the FidesOak HPT assessment, measurement and monitoring tools, including;
- cultural surveys
- workshop feedback surveys
- associated dashboards
- etc.
- Coordinate interviews and focus groups in relation to assessment and measurement.
- Support PMs in the distribution and administration of Personality Profiling tools.
- Generate initial draft reports.
- Support PMs to set up projects in our resource planning software and allocate agreed resources.
- Support PMs in coordinating workshops with our clients.
- Support PMs in ensuring availability of FidesOak associates and other resources for programme delivery.
- Timely follow up of requests and recording progress in project management software.
- Participation in programme initiation, review and closeout meetings to report on progress.
- Proactively informing relevant FidesOak team members of any issues arising in relation to programme delivery for timely resolution.
- Support onboarding of FidesOak Associates, including coaches and facilitators.
- Other related duties as assigned, within the scope of the role.

- Time-management and priority setting
- Pro-active approach to identifying issues and find solutions
- Team player with the ability to work both independently and autonomously
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment, being adaptable and flexible
- Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams

**Desirable Requirements**
- Experience, qualification or interest in Psychology or Behavioural Science
- Experience in a similar role/project support
- Experience with project management type software
- Hold UK driving license
