**Job title**:Assistant Registrar (Placements, Exchanges and Governance)**

**Location: Loughborough - the post will be mostly based on campus, but with some opportunities for home working, as business needs allow, in line with the University’s dynamic working arrangements.**

Are you a proactive and organised team-leader, with an interest in the continuous improvement of services? Do your strong analytical and people management skills set you apart from your counterparts? Would you enjoy using your strategic thinking and excellent interpersonal skills to contribute to delivery of the University strategy, whilst managing and prioritising a varied workload?

This is a key leadership position with responsibility for academic policy and operational processes relating to the University’s student placements and international student exchange opportunities. The post holder will also contribute to a range of regulatory procedures relating to individual student rights and responsibilities and service one of more of the University’s Committees. They will contribute to the senior management of the section and Academic Registry as a whole.

This is an excellent opportunity either for an experienced individual, or for someone keen to pursue a career in higher education administration and management. Your critical role will have a major positive impact on large numbers of students and staff. Previous experience of placement and/or exchanges administration is desirable but not essential.
