Similar to a Supply Teacher role, the Unqualified Educator position offers a unique opportunity without the need for planning or curriculum development. Position Overview

As an Unqualified Educator, your responsibilities encompass:

- Overseeing and guiding students through pre-assigned tasks in accordance with school guidelines.
- Cultivating a constructive and encouraging learning environment by managing student behaviour effectively.
- Skilfully de-escalating classroom situations while adhering to safeguarding protocols.
- Collecting and distributing completed assignments promptly and efficiently.
- Following school referral procedures and safeguarding policies when reporting concerns.

Qualifications and Attributes:

- Possession of a degree or substantial experience working with Children and Young People.
- Genuine dedication to the educational development of young individuals within a school context.
- Proficiency in building positive relationships with both students and colleagues to foster an optimal learning atmosphere.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort and confidence in classroom management and addressing potential behavioural challenges.
- Adaptability to varying lesson scenarios and student age groups.
- Legally eligible to work in the UK.
