Hartley Property Services are pleased to be working with a industry-leading Retirement company

You will be working on developments, carrying out minor roof and gutter repairs. The job requires working away from home on a 3-4 days a week time frame. Tools/van and own room accommodation will be provided.

You will complete investigations, minor repairs, storm damage repairs, Flat roof repairs.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspecting and identifying failures to the roof causing water ingress
- Resolving minor repair items such as slate/tile replacements
- Complete small and larger repairs to stop water ingress and liaise with the clients on the damage both externally and internally
- To ensure that the client is satisfied at all times
- Project a high level of quality customer services at all times
- To ensure that the relevant documentation is fully completed in an accurate and timely manner

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- Tools and Vehicle will be provided
- Must have excellent customer facing skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in roofing with checkable references
- Good knowledge of roofing
- Full driver license required

**Salary**: £16.00-£20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
