Carpenter and Joiner

**Location**:Monmouth, Monmouthshire.

**Position**:Carpenter and Joiner.

**Rate**: £22.00 ph.

Core Construction Personnel are looking for an experienced Joiners to start work on a large restoration of a fire damaged Georgian Building in Monmouth. If you are an experienced Joiner and looking for work around the Monmouth area please call Michael on 07535216684 or the office on 01179622296.

**Details include**
- Cutting in pitched roof.
- Using traditional methods.
- Cutting and fixing rafters, purlins and Joist.
- Working in a small team of Joiners.
- Working closely with the site manager.

**Requirements for role**
- CSCS preferred.
- Hi-Vis jacket, hard toe boots and hard hat (PPE).
- 2 x work references carrying out similar works.
- Able to have good time keeping and be punctual.
- Photo ID.
