The JKS portfolio currently includes Michelin Starred restaurants Trishna, Gymkhana, Kitchen Table, Sabor and Lyle’s; as well as cult favourites Hoppers, BAO, Brigadiers, Berenjak, Plaza Khao Gaeng, Speedboat Bar and Bibi. Pubs include The Cadogan Arms and The George.

**The Position**:
The role of Head of Property is to ensure all our restaurants operate within building and health and safety regulations, managing contractors and repairs to deliver business continuity.

The general duties of Head of Property are to:

- Coordinate the day to day maintenance across the group; management of the maintenance team
- Develop maintenance schedules and delegate to maintenance staff;
- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance;
- Analysis and recommendations for improvement of current practices and systems
- Identify any new systems or technologies that could benefit JKS operationally
- Management of contractors, reactive and planned maintenance, through Pronett
- Managing minor refurbishments as well as minor project works via Pronett;
- Build relationships with Operation Managers, General Managers and contractors;
- Manage and developing restaurants’ compliance registry system (Shield);
- Budget and instruct planned maintenance during the year causing minor disruption to our restaurants;
- Conduct site inspections to ensure restaurants are on high standards;
- Monitor contracting works to ensure repairs are efficiently and correctly done.

The successful Head of Property will have:

- Prior experience as a property manager in a multi-site role preferably within a restaurant group
- Good knowledge of the hospitality industry and the workings of a restaurant;
- Highly personable nature, able to confidently build relationships with site managers
- Ability to take a proactive and results-oriented approach to your work with the ability to multitask and maintain excellent attention to detail, organisation and time-management skills;
