CPJ Field & Company Ltd, an independent and family-owned Funeral Company is one of the oldest and most established companies in the UK.

As a valued member of the team, this essential role is full-time and based at our Support Centre in Burgess Hill. The position will be responsible for supporting our wider teams on a range of employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinaries and absence management.

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
