**Quality Controller**

My client, a leading Food Manufacturing Company in the Dungannon Area, are in search of Quality Controllers to join their expanding company.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Maintaining the day-to-day operation of the Quality Department
- Visual inspection or manual testing of ingredients, equipment and finished products
- Maintaining daily quality records and documenting the results
- Maintaining test records and files
- Liaising closely with the production team
- Ensuring traceability is maintained by continuously monitoring and recording incoming material during all stages of production
- Conducting Quality Control checks of ingredients, temperatures, counts, weights etc.
- Perform daily calibration checks on all test equipment
- Report all findings and non-conformances to Quality manager
- Other relevant duties in scope of the role

**Essential Criteria**:

- Related Degree or a minimum of 1 years’ proven previous experience in a Quality role within the Food Manufacturing environment
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Flexibility in your working week as days of work will be set on a shift rota basis
