**Job description**
We are recruiting for a proactive Assistant to support our Director and Finance Team by providing financial and administrative within our Organisation.
The role requires meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, great problem identification and resolution skills. The role will continue to evolve and grow as we further develop our systems and processes to meet our growing business needs.
**Key responsibilities**
- Purchase invoices and expense claims for costing purposes.
- Assist in identifying ongoing process improvements.
- Quality checking using budget variances and other analysis.
- Job Costing reports to be reviewed with the Director along with Engineer Performance Reports.
- Collating relevant reports and correspondence.
- Ad hoc duties as required by the Director.
**Qualifications & knowledge**
- 2 Years’ experience in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
- Experience of Sage.

- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

- Ability to work as part of the team.
- Able to work flexibly, adopting a “hands-on” approach and respond to unplanned situations.
- Problem identification and resolution.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times.
