Hotel Receptionist

As the first and often the last point of contact for guests, you will be integral in the guest’s journey with us.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests
- Ensure that guests are provided with all relevant information on check in and throughout their stay.
- Supporting the accommodation and food & beverage booking process by taking and amending reservations when required.
- Ensure billing, cash, credit and reporting procedures are accurate and timely.
- Strong communication skills are essential to ensure accurate information is shared with your colleagues in all departments and your guests.
- Assist guests with any concerns in a friendly and efficient manner, considering guest satisfaction at all times
- Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
- Provide a smooth guest check-out including resolving any late and disputed charges
