An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and passionate Social Media Content Marketing Executive to join our talented marketing department, working on Social Content and Outreach. My client is a leading online retailer and has been trading exclusively online since for over 10 years. They specialise in the onsite manufacturing and pride themselves on providing their customers with a wide range of quality products.
- The Role:
- Working with the Marketing Manager and in partnership with the SEO and Content Marketing Executives to devise and implement the company’s social content and outreach strategy
- Assist with other content and SEO activities across a portfolio of multiple retail ecommerce websites, plus a B2B trade website
- Producing engaging, innovative and impactful social content for social campaigns. Creation of visuals, the creation of supporting copy for social media activity Influencer outreach - create and implement an influencer marketing strategy to foster authentic connections, and build trust and engagement
- Producing engaging, innovative and impactful written content for marketing, sales and PR initiatives
- Creation of blog content, product range descriptions, and site static content Improvement of brand awareness, organic traffic, user experience and conversion rates
- Monitor and report on activities/campaign performance, adapting strategy based on success or otherwise
- Develop and manage projects from concept to completion, providing progress to plan updates to management

Preferred Qualifications:

- At least 12 months of experience in a fast-paced B2C ecommerce or digital marketing agency, focusing on social media
- Proven expertise in social content and PR, with a track record of delivering successful initiatives
- High proficiency in Adobe, Photoshop, social media platforms, and WordPress. Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks
- Familiarity with CRM systems and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, MOZ, Hot Jar, Screaming Frog, and Search Console
