Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that's quality is recognised as second to none. Due to exciting plans for 2023 they are looking for an **Factory Manager**to join their Senior Management Team.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
Overseeing 2 production sites, responsible for roughly 140 people across the 2 sites

Running the Operation department, finance/KPI management - return machine per hour, return occurring issues, managing standards

Experience of implementing LEAN techniques and streamlining processes

Oversee and overhaul the production processes to optimum efficiency and overall product quality to ensure that products are delivered OTI
**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:
Managing full production lifecycle

Experience within food, drink, packaging environments

Factory manager/manufacturing/production management background

Experience of implementing production processes

LEAN manufacturing experience or a Continuous Improvement background
