- 4457_1699267374- I am partnered with a fabulous watch brand opening a new store in London and are seeking a team of excellent Sales Assistants. You will be outgoing, personable, passionate, professional and fun You will love customer service and have experience either a premium brand or watches and jewellery.

**Main Responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure familiarity with the product range so that customers can be provided with as much detail as necessary.
- Help display merchandise as directed.
- Contribute to the store reaching its monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Assist in controlling shrinkage by attentive action on the shop floor, merchandise handling, accident prevention and careful operation of the till and administration policies and procedures.
- Good Visual Merchandising standards.
- Present, and conduct, themselves in a professional manner to both customers and colleagues.
- Attend regular training days.
- Be able to deliver good product knowledge to our customers.

**Person Specification**:

- Experience in the Retail Industry. Preferably from a watch/jewellery, or Premium retail background.
- Must have a positive and outgoing outlook
- Must enjoy their work and have a natural passion for watches and customer service
- Have experience dealing with international customers.
