We're looking for experienced Fish Filleter to work for a busy production unit in Penzance

Demonstrable experience of filleting fish is a must producing quality products to a high standard, maintaining consistency and mínimal waste. You will also be experienced in identifying classifications of fish species, freshness and quality.
