To support our exciting growth plans, EA Technology is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at our net zero carbon head office in the North West. This can be a hybrid role.
We provide high-quality products and services to support the decarbonisation of power networks across the globe. We are recognised as a world-leading expert in our field, enabling our customers to manage their electricity networks more efficiently, with fewerfailures and outages, greater safety and lower costs.
Working with cross-functional teams, you will research and evaluate how our products and services meet our customer needs. You will develop and implement marketing communications and campaigns across a range of channels to maximise our opportunities.
Additionally, you will:

- Oversee and review the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns
- Develop relationships with engineering teams to create a market-oriented business culture
- Support the professional development of Marketing Executives
**To be considered a Marketing Manager, you will need**:

- Experience of integrated (including digital) marketing communications and/or campaign management
- Experience of brand development and execution
- Market research and data analysis skills
- Evidence of strong copywriting skills
- Knowledge of marketing strategy
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
