Temporary Caretaker

Express Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Local Authority who are seeking a Caretaker to where you will be responsible for the caretaking and minor repairs and maintenance of the site and any other resources as the needs arise.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Arrange and liaise with contractors for servicing
- Attend to the heating of the premises and manage the boiler room
- Complete cleaner and general domestic duties
- Carry out housekeeping and supervisory duties
- Take care for the health and safety of those on site

**Skills & Experience***
- Ability to understand onsite training in caretaking and basic food hygiene
- Ability to remain accurate written and digital records
- Capable of working to strict timescales

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 30 hours a week

**Salary**: c£10.60 per hour D.O.E

**Location**: Worksop, Nottinghamshire

**Job Type**:Temporary for approx. 3 months with the possibility of extending
