Key points:

- Office working Monday to Friday - No hybrid working
- Base Salary £27,600, with potential on tracking earnings of £34,500 (25% of base salary)

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the wider team to follow up on new business leads
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Proactively identify opportunities to win back lapsed clients
- Conduct outbound calling to reestablish contact with lost/previous clients, with the intention of converting them back to using our products and services

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in retention and winning back lapsed clients through outbound calling.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience using CRM systems
