The Sport Supervisor is a leading customer facing role and will ensure all of our customers are provided with an outstanding customer experience every time.

The Sport Supervisor will have good knowledge of all Northumbria Sport products and services

The Sport Supervisor will deputise for the Duty Manager in their absence and be responsible for the daily operation of Sports facilities and team responsible for delivering a welcoming, safe and outstanding experience for our customers

**ABOUT THE TEAM**

Reporting directly to the Duty Manager the role will join Northumbria Sport, a core department within Campus Services. Northumbria Sport is responsible for delivering an excellent student experience through our range of sport, fitness and wellbeing programmes.

The role will be based at Sport Central, but working at our Coach Lane Sports Ground may be required.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Enthusiasm and an ability to motivate and inspire staff to drive forward improvements.
- Ability to problem solve and negotiate effectively always seeking solutions.
- An outstanding communicator with first class presentation and active listening skills.
- Experience working in a Sport or Leisure Facility.
- Experience of writing, reviewing, and implementing Health and Safety procedures such as safe working instructions, risk and COSHH assessments.
- RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
- National Pool Plant Operators Certificate or willing to work towards.
