Junior Baker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Baker to join our team. As a Junior Baker, you will assist in the production and preparation of baked goods in our kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the culinary industry and gain valuable experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the production and preparation of a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
- Expected to work 5 days per week including Sundays.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Serving customers in a friendly & efficient manner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a bakery or kitchen is essential, familiarity with slow fermentation bread & viennoiserie is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines

Please note that this is a paid position. We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
