Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaner / Caretaker to join our team. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our property. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment will contribute to the satisfaction of our residents and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and stairwells
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department
- Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
