Hiring Housekeeping Supervisor's for the brand new Halyard Liverpool

The salary is £12.25 an hour and the program is flexible - we offer a 40hrs per week contract but if you have another job and you can't work full-time you are welcome to work part time as well.

The working conditions are welcoming - lunch is included at the hotel canteen and no matter how busy we are you will be treated with respect and decency. There are also lockers and showers available. You need to have experience in housekeeping. If you don't like it and you think the job doesn't suit you, it's not a problem, you will still get a fair reference - we just ask that you give us some time to find a replacement.

To calculate everyone's worked hours we use the SWAG app, where you can sign in and out. You can also request holidays there and see your contract and payslips as well. The pay is every two weeks and the first paycheck is received after the first month of work. If you work full time, you are entitled to 28 leave days.

We are looking for reliable and friendly Supervisor's to join our hospitality team in order to provide superb customer service to our guests. Your duties will include ensuring that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard. You should also be able to resolve guest complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner.

To be successful as a Supervisor you must be honest, pleasant, and have detailed knowledge of, and comply with, all housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards.

**Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Greeting guests and responding to queries.
- Supporting all roles within the department when required
- Ensuring team are following all H&S procedures
- Ensuring room attendants are cleaning to the expected standards
- Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs
- Updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheet

**Supervisor Requirements**:

- Previous housekeeping experience.
- Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
- Flexible working hours.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
- Physical mobility and stamina.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Professional and polite.
