We are looking for Domiciliary Care Assistants to provide a caring and effective service supporting clients in their homes to help with day to day duties that vary including personal care, shopping, light housework duties, medication support, meal preparation and companionship.

Working for Embec Care, you will be joining a small team that consists of carers and office staff to ensure our clients get the best care. You will be traveling within the Sutton Coldfield area covering the surrounding areas, Four Oaks, Mere Green, Warmley and Wylde Green.

**Previous experience is not required as full training is provided.**

**Driving license is essential as you will travelling to clients homes within the area.**

**Shifts vary between 7am till 10pm.**

- **National Qualifications encouraged; **all employees are encouraged to complete their QCF Level 2/3 in Health Social Care. We also have access to many great level 2/3 certificates in specialist areas such as; Medication Administration.
- **Training; **is always paid and is available in multiple formats including, face to face, online and on site.

- **Bank Holidays paid extra; **all bank holidays are paid at time and a half.
- **Unsocial pay increase; **employees who work unsocial hours get an uplift.
- **Open door office policy; **employees are encouraged to come into the office for any emotional or physical support at any time.
- **On-Call support; **whenever the office is closed there is constant support from a qualified staff member who is there to support you.
- All Care Assistants receive;_
- _Free PPE (aprons, masks, gloves and face masks.)_
- _Paid shadowing with an experienced staff member._
- _Uniform_
