**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- To provide general administrative duties, operating to our defined company procedures.
- Managing reception area, including welcoming staff, suppliers and clients.
- Answering all incoming calls for office.
- Ensuring all information taken on calls are accurate and passed to the relevant departments promptly for quick turnaround.
- Liaising closely with the Office Manager on lead calls and other daily/weekly tasks required within the office.
- Verify customer eligibility for Government Grants - ECO and HES.
- Contact all new Lead customers (including follow up calls).
- Review outstanding Leads on database (daily).
- Collate all new Leads from Sales team (daily).
- Add all Leads to Ecosurv.
- Contact customers to check availability for potential Telephone & Technical Surveys.
- Pass Lead information to Retrofit Assessor/Retrofit Coordinator.
- Contact Retrofit Assessor/Co-ordinator to confirm availability for retrofit Assessments.
- Daily follow up on all Facebook Leads to verify all data captured is accurate.
- Add all new Facebook Leads to SimPRO in a timely manner.
- Check for Leads in Leadpal - Quotatis and process accordingly.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced working environment.
- Cover for, and understanding of, tasks involved in arranging installations.

**KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel etc.
- Proven ability to handle multiple customers whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with both customers and suppliers.

**WORKING HOURS**
- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 5pm
