**Multi-Skilled Plumber / Bathroom / Kitchen Installer**

**Salary**: Negotiable.

**Contract**: 35 hrs week

**Location**:Pembrokeshire

**Benefits**: 28 days holiday including public bank holidays.

**About You**:
**Proven Skill Required**:
Plumbing, Disabled level access shower rooms / walk in and bathroom installations, General Carpentry, Tiling / wall boarding.

You must be able show evidence of key competencies, specifically in plumbing (core trade), joinery and tiling (secondary trades). Working with disabled property adaptations including walk in rooms and bathrooms, You must have good attention to detail, and experience of working well on your own and as part of a team, must be able to keep clean and tidy

You must demonstrate that you can complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner when working, as well as good organisation skills and the ability to time manage workload. To be able find out information to resolve problems, alongside the ability to develop and project a positive image of Great Places through personal, written and verbal skills.
