We are currently looking for a Site-Supervisor for one of our clients who flourishes in roofing projects. This is going to be a full time Permanent job with a full-time salary and an excellent benefits structure. This job is open for three locations
- North Devon (Bude, Bideford), Central Plymouth, Somerset.

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of roofing contracts, maintaining safety standards, and overseeing project timelines and budgets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously for large scale developers, ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently, within budget and to specification.
- Conduct pre-project site assessments and inspections to identify potential risks, develop work plans, and allocate resources accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards, actively addressing any deviations or issues that arise.
- Oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols on-site, conducting regular toolbox talks and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
- Manage project resources, including labour, equipment, and materials.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry, preferably in roofing projects.
- Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work as part of a team.
