Production Trainer

**The Principal Tasks required in this role are**:

- To ensure that all compulsory and production specific training is delivered.
- Delivery of high quality training both in classroom sessions and in production, to ensure that the trainee has a good understanding of the requirement.
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of the training post training is required.
- Delivery of all compulsory and production based training to agreed standard within required timescale.
- Evaluation of training delivered Completion and upkeep of training Matrix.
- Support with delivering audits.
- Delivering training across a wide range of machinery such as UMOTO, TNS, Ishela, Maddox, APV and Twin Screw machines
- Effective assessment of skill's gained and identifying gaps
- Work as part of the training team to continuously develop and innovate new ways to support learning and continuous improvement
- Proactively engage with colleagues at all level across our business to help drive a positive training culture
- Prepare and present information at daily shift meeting, focusing on KPIs and action plans to deliver on performance
- Develop skills and knowledge of all production team members.

**Key Requirements**:
We are looking for an experienced, proactive and driven individual's who thrives in a fast paced, people focused environment. Ideally you will have experience with at least 2 years in a similar position. Be self-motivated with a FMCG background.

**Shifts, Salary and holiday entitlement**:

- Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, across our 3 shift system
- Competitive salary.
- 22 days holiday per year plus 8 Bank Holidays.
