Just Recruitment is working with a growing organisation based in Needham Market looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor to their team.

You will be responsible for ensuring the proficient and safe use of the forklift in lifting and moving products, including, checking, and storing incoming goods and stock. Using automatic and manual packing machines, scales and printing devices, labelling, and managing an inventory.

Duties include:

- Adhere to the company’s health & safety policies, processes, and procedures.
- Check and inspect goods received against receive orders on internal system and ensure the quantities are correct, and the quality is acceptable in line with the company’s quality standards and standard operating procedures
- Delegate tasks daily and manage deadlines within the department.
- Loading and unloading lorries in a safe and timely manner, in line with the company’s health & safety policies, processes and procedures
- Assist HR with managing absence in line with the company’s absence management policy.
- Conduct annual and interim performance appraisals, probationary reviews, and conduct regular job chats for the warehouse team.

Working hours - Monday to Thursday 7:15am - 6:00 pm

And at least 1 Friday per month, working hours 8 am until 12 noon. (this will be on a rotation schedule)

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Needham Market, Suffolk: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
