We're looking for Quantity Surveying Degree Apprentice to join our Construction based in Plymouth, Devon, working towards a Level 6 apprenticeship in Quantity Surveying.

The Kier Degree apprenticeship programme offers you the opportunity to study for a degree, completely cost free, all whilst gaining practical experience in our industry.

**Location**: Plymouth, Devon

**Contract**: Permanent

**Salary**: £18,00 per annum - With an earning potential of £35k+ upon completion of the course

**Start date**: Summer 2024

**How does a degree apprenticeship work?**

As a Quantity Surveying Degree Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to gain practical experience whilst you study towards a BSc Quantity Surveying with our university partner, Sheffield Hallam, **with all tuition and accommodation fees covered by us.**

You'll work closely with the Construction team to design and deliver buildings that are key to the UK's infrastructure.

Your day to day will include:

- Working across commercial and pre-construction department
- Assisting the team with value and risk management
- Supporting the commercial team with cost control, analysis and estimates
- attending university during pre-determined block weeks to attend lectures and meet other students on your course

**What are we looking for?**

To enrol onto your degree, you will need:
Level 4 or above in GCSE maths and English
- 2 A-Levels
- Level 3 BTEC National Certificate/Diploma/Extended Diploma **Or **Advanced Diploma in a construction related topic
- Other Level 3 BTEC qualifications will also be considered, preferably with some work experience
