**Duties**:
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activities
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and take appropriate action
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries and directions
- Enforce access control procedures to prevent unauthorized entry
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, accidents, or violations
- Write detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques, CCTV systems, and access control systems is a plus
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and emergency response protocols is beneficial
- Experience in loss prevention or risk management is an advantage
**Skills**:
- Strong observation skills to detect potential security threats or breaches
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in using security equipment such as surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Basic knowledge of first aid procedures for providing immediate assistance if needed
