- Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment to prepare food items
- Follow recipes and guidelines for cooking times and temperatures
- Monitor and adjust fryer settings to ensure food is cooked to perfection
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the fryer area
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly as needed
- Follow food safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
