To fuel the growth of Just Eat Takeaway, we are hiring a highly strategic BI Principle role for our Global COO/CCO Office at the Global Just Eat Takeaway Headquarters. This role serves as BI confidante to the Director of the CCOO Office, COO & CCO, and their ecosystems within JET, supporting the company's functions according to circumstances and needs.

**All about the role**
As BI Principle, you will create insights for our CCOO Office, which reports to the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) and Chief Commercial Officer (“CCO”), as well as the senior leadership committee of JET globally, helping shape the group operations, strategy, and long-term scaling efforts. Together with your team, you help inform the running of our operations in customer services and delivery logistics (COO functions), as well as the commercial organization, restaurant-, and grocery partnerships (CCO functions) across 20 markets.

As a member of the CCO and COO Office team, you will work directly with the Global Strategy & Operations Director, as well as the team's BI Lead, where you to help shape the engagement of business analytics across JET, enable operational support for our markets around the world, and help power key programs that deliver outsized value for JET, its restaurant partners and customers.

**In this varied role, you will**:

- Support the COO, CCO, and Director of the CCOO Office in driving their strategic agenda
- Supervise and analyze group KPIs, interpreting data to a detailed level to allow for educated decision-making for JET's senior leaders
- Together with the global Data & Analytics team design measurable metrics and KPIs according to the business of stakeholders, and develop reports using Business Intelligence tools and languages such as Tableau, Amazon Redshift SQL, Google BigQuery
- Proactively propose business action and conclusions, which are derived from data and brought to stakeholders, so that they can take an innovative approach to efficiently and effectively improve their business
- Provide analytics support for the group-, function-, or market-specific projects (such as M&A integrations, restaurant partner projects, city expansion, and efficient reporting structures) with actionable insights and data products
- Participate in different innovation initiatives that have strong involvement from all our markets and functions
- Help steer and leverage markets' and functions' BI capabilities and maximize their output, in conjunction with the Central Data & Analytics team
- Contribute to JET's internal PR strategy, telling the value story of the broader JET business
- Foster strong working relationships across Corp. Strategy, Country Management, Sales & Operations, Product & Tech, Marketing, Legal, Central Data & Analytics, PMO & Finance

**Can you deliver**

Here are the skills and experience we need from you:

- 5+ years experience in a similar role, related to business analysis and/or business intelligence, where you were required to transform data into actionable intelligence
- Experience in consulting, finance, or industry business analytics, where you presented analysis and data interpretations, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Solid knowledge and experience with SQL so that you can extract data from the data warehouse independently
- Ability to visualize data findings in Tableau, PPT, and Excel
- Ability to translate business requirements into a technical approach to answer the question that comes from the business
- Confident in developing narratives for senior audiences, presenting concepts and ideas with confidence and persuasion to a wide range of contributors
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Be intellectually curious and inquisitive, and investigate where details and data take you
- Comfortable working with ambiguity within a fast-paced environment
- Independent thinker, proactive, able to see the big picture, and think “one step ahead”
- Confident in taking requirements and uncovering the key business questions
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
- Highly organized, energetic, honest, humble, and open style
