We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, committed, and talented teacher to support the SENDCo lead and manage the provision for students with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities.

**TLR 2a**

**April start**

**_ Are you passionate about Special Educational Needs and able to work in partnership with the SENDCo, parents/carers and a wide range of external professionals?_**
- We are looking for a leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting young people with additional needs. You will need to have a strong track record of being an excellent classroom teacher, demonstrating your capacity to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, parents and external agencies. You will also have proven experience of working with SEND students and other vulnerable groups as an important part of the role will be sharing and leading on best practice. As a teacher, you will have a reduced timetable, with time put aside to carry out your wider responsibilities as Deputy SENDCo._
