As a Business Services Senior, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of comprehensive accounting and advisory services, contributing to the firm's success by supporting a wide range of business clients. You will have the opportunity to work on varied and challenging assignments, gaining exposure to a broad spectrum of industries and business environments. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations.
- Provide strategic business and tax advice to a diverse client base.
- Supervise junior staff, ensuring the high quality of work and professional development.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain client relationships.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.

**Requirements**:

- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a Chartered Accountancy firm.
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting and auditing standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
