Part-time Barback

We're looking for part-time Cocktail Bartender to join our exceptional team.

Coco Tang is a Cocktail Bar & Asian Cafe operating in Nottingham city centre - operating as Cafe Coco Tang all day and House of Coco Tang all night. Our reputation precedes us after 14 years of serving many high quality cocktails in volume out of 3 beautifully stocked bars. We are very proud of our drinks and we provide and support and training for any new team member.

**What you will be doing?**
As a Barback you will be responsible for assisting the bar team, backing up the bartenders, working in a busy cocktail bar in Nottingham city centre

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure bar is stocked at all times
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness behind the bar and the unit as a whole

Along the way you will also learn great knowledge and also progress to be the bar team.
