**The job role**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Ecommerce Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our online retail operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to optimise product listings, manage inventory, assist with order processing, and contribute to overall business growth. If you are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and have a passion for the online retail industry, this is an exciting opportunity to join our company.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Product Management**:

- Assist in creating and maintaining product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in product listings.
- Maintain eBay and Amazon stock and pricing.
- Update internal systems and databases to reflect inventory changes accurately.
- **Order Processing and Customer Support**:

- Assist in processing online orders promptly and accurately.
- Investigate and resolve any order-related issues, such as shipping delays, returns, or exchanges.
- Collaborate with shipping carriers to track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with the fulfilment of website, eBay, and amazon orders by picking orders and then packing and dispatching to customers to support our growing e-commerce operation.
- **Website Maintenance**:

- Assist in website maintenance tasks, such as updating product images, managing product categories, and improving site navigation.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the website is functioning optimally.
- **Marketing**:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on target audience demographics, preferences, and trends.

**Essential skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Experience using Magento, Shopify, eBay, and Amazon platforms is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: £21,500.00 per year
