**What to expect**

We are looking for a new Administration Assistant to join our busy Cupar office. This is a vital role supporting our friendly team of lawyers, paralegals and legal executives. The scope of the role includes the following:

- Wide variety of office administration tasks including scanning, printing and preparing document for client meetings.
- Managing office supplies
- Working closely with our front of house reception team
- Providing reception cover where required: welcoming clients, preparing for meetings, setting up lunches, events.
- Health & Safety checks, including fire alarm tests and coordinating reviews of the building.
- Liaising with central Facilities team about maintenance issues
- Dealing with any onsite contractors
- Liaising with IT department around desk and equipment set up, where required
- Assisting with office mail requirements, including local delivery and collection on occasion
- Overseeing office recycling
- Assisting with office security

**Hours**
- Monday to Friday, 12.30-4.30pm, 20 hours per week
