**As our Maintenance Supervisor you will**
- Have knowledge of building management
- Assistant the Maintenance Manager to ensure the smooth running of the hotel
- Have knowledge of general repairs
- Work with outside contractors
- Have current knowledge of Health and safety regulations

To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess,
- Previous experience in a similar or other related role within hospitality
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player
- Self-motivated and good organisational skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,500.00 per year
