Coco & Wolfis a contemporary and luxury bedding and lifestyle brand using the premium Liberty fabrics. We sell luxury, heirloom pieces fto clients around the world, all handmade in our Somerset based design studio. From the tiniest clothes to the prettiest bedding, we at Coco & Wolf, believe every home has a space for Liberty’s quintessentially British prints. All of our in-house designed products revolve around contemporary clean shapes, delicate detailing, print mixing and luxury fabrics with modern styling.

Coco & Wolf are excited to announce that a part time, 10-20 hour a week, position has become available for an experienced customer service and logistic assistant.

Working under the supervision of the Brand Assistant, your main duties will include providing exceptional levels of customer service, communicating directly with our customers, quality control of finshed products and packing orders resdy for despatch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer enquiries.
- Answer and screen customer calls.
- Deliver customer-centric value propositions.
- Manage customers' expectations.
- Handle customer complaints and provide a feedback channel.
- Prepare and package orders.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Competant on a computer using a varitey of programs.
- Good spoken English.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Sewing skills would be an advantge.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
