SHOT 'N' ROLL is a local coffee and cinnamon roll concept smack bang in the city centre of Aberdeen. We're looking to find a passionate, fun and driven individual to bring life to the venue and help steer the vision for long-term success. **Position Overview**:We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite coffee beverages and adding the finishing touches to our mouthwatering baked goods. You'll be the face of our establishment, creating memorable moments for our customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks with precision and artistry.
- Garnish and decorate baked goods, ensuring they are visually appealing and appetizing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee and bakery stations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking and preparing their orders to their satisfaction.
- Educate customers about our coffee and bakery offerings, answering their questions and making personalized recommendations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Restock coffee, bakery items, and supplies as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

**Qualifications**:

- A passion for coffee and baked goods.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity when garnishing baked goods.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
