**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **You will cover Provide cover for absence, sickness & holidays**

**in the absence of operatives within your area of responsibility as directed by the Assistant Operations Manager.**
- Cleaning of sites based on agreed specification
- Training of site-based staff, including completion of inductions
- Completion of audits
- Building and maintaining positive site-level client relationships
- Provision of information to Placemakers relating to their role (clocking in details, cleaning spec. etc.)
- Ensuring health & safety legislation is always followed.
- Responding to ad hoc requests from the Operational Management team
- Escalating any concerns or site-level intelligence to the Operations Manager
- Completing stock checks and following the agreed process for ordering
- Effective collaboration with the Operational Management team
- Provide holiday cover

- Understand and comply with all relevant current legislation as set out in Company policies and procedures and related documentation, including the Employee Terms and Conditions Handbook, Employee Health, Safety and Environmental Handbook, and Security procedures.

- Ensure consistent and high-level service delivery. Continually review processes/ working practices and actively encourage an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Attend regular team meetings with your LM and SHKA to ensure SLA’s to identify solutions and service excellence in line with contractual standards
- Ensure regular joint audits on standards and due diligence with your line manager/senior housekeeping associate are conducted.
- Maintaining cleaning and hygiene rules & regulations in line with company procedures
- Ensure the image of the contract reflects the professional image of the company
- Maintaining standards of dress and behaviours of the employees under your control.
