Due to continued business growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Transport Planner at our Headquarters in Claudy. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading Walking Floor Solutions Companies.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Transport Planner will be responsible for several duties, including contact with customers and drivers, tracking and planning movements across GB/NI & ROI and working within a team to ensure all daily movements are completed to our industry-leading standard.

About the Role

**As a Transport Planner, you will**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations planning.
- Ensure best-in-class levels of customer service are maintained.
- Complete all planning details in our Business Operating System.
- Work with the Fleet Management Team to ensure inspection & servicing of vehicles & trailers is carried out in a compliant manner.
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s Health & Safety Policy.

Essential Skills

**To be considered as our Transport Planner, you’ll need**:

- Experience in Transport Administration/Planning.
- Excellent IT Skills and experience with using a Transport Management System.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent geographical knowledge of the UK and Ireland.
- An understanding of driver regulations.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
