**Position Summary**: The Cleaner is responsible for cleaning all areas of the building including bathrooms, conference rooms, offices, and other areas. The Cleaner will also assist in the cleaning of the city in which they are located.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:The essential functions of this position are described below.
- Ability to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals in a confined space environment. To ensure compliance with all local, state, and company requirements, training is required on using these products and materials. The cleaner must be able to follow all safety rules and procedures, including restricted access areas, chemical decontamination procedures, and use of personal protective equipment. The cleaner must possess the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. The cleaner must have the ability to read and understand instructions as well as follow them without supervision. The cleaner must be able to read and interpret schematics as well as perform basic math calculations. The cleaner must be able to work at heights up to 50 feet due to weight restrictions. The cleaner must be able to work in confined spaces such as inside an office building or in between pipes that are located behind closed doors as well as on factory floors where there are no doors. The cleaner must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds without supervision.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Batley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
