**Vacancy - Valeter / Driver**

EMG Motor Group Royston is seeking a dynamic new team player to join the dealership team.

We are an established used car and service operation growing rapidly from our operation in Royston, Herts. We seek a Valeter / Driver to enhance our team. This is an excellent opportunity to join our well respected growing group and become a key member of our operation and company.

**The Role**

This is a valeting and driving role, based at EMG Motor Group Royston. The role of Valeter / driver will entail preparing customer vehicles post workshop repairs, for sales display and prior to sales delivery as well as collecting and delivering customers vehicles - **Duties**:

- Cleaning customer and company vehicles both inside and out
- Carefully inspecting vehicles for damage and reporting these correctly
- Ensuring any paperwork is completed correctly and signed by the customer
- Driving vehicles around in a safe and courteous fashion in accordance with the requirements o

the Department of Transport and Highway Code as well as within company policies
- Providing our customers with a fantastic service and overall experience
- Any other duties commensurate with the role as required

**The Person**
- Have held a full UK licence for at least 1 year
- Have strong attention to detail and be safety conscious
- Be flexible and have a strong sense of team spirit
- Have a smart, professional appearance, courteous manor and good rapport building skills
- Be a resident in the UK at time of applying
- Be fluent in written and spoken English

Previous experience as a Valeter / driver and a passion for cars would be desirable, however this is not essential.

**Working hours**

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00

**Holidays**

25 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays
