**Salary: FC7 £28,251.00 to £31,179.34, pro rata**

**Working Pattern: 20 or 19.5 hours per week**

**Job Details**

Duties include all aspects of personal care, must have the ability to undertake all Moving and Handling manoeuvres and tasks including the pushing and pulling of wheelchairs, and all aspects of C.A.L.M.

Keyworker duties are a requirement for this role, tasks such as assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and reviewing of individual support plans and keeping accurate records of outcomes focused support planning and review for the people whom you support.

**The Person**

Must have or be willing to achieve in the first period of registration, the Social Services and Healthcare SCQF level 6 (equivalent to SVQ3) or equivalent to meet Scottish Social Services Council registration.

**Before confirming appointment, you will be required to obtain PVG scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland**

You will have experience/awareness of National Care Standards service and SSSC Codes of Practice.
