The post holder will take responsibility for managing and administering Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board's legal services teams on behalf of the Head of Legal Services and Director of Quality.
The post holder will provide team management, organising workloads and staffing to ensure the required standards and outcomes are achieved. In addition, they will also hold a caseload of legal cases of complex matters.
In addition to fostering relationships with all University Health Board staff as and when necessary, the post holder is required to support the Assistant Director of Concerns & Claims in developing close partnership working arrangements with a wide variety of health related bodies or agencies.
