Sales Team Leader

**Salary**: up to £32,000 including OTE commissions

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Team Leader to join the Schools and Groups team based in Ross-on-Wye, taking responsibility for sales performance within a given geographical region, and leading a team of busy Sales Executives to accomplish challenging targets.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Delivery of sales results - ensuring achievement of targets and profitable sales
- Delivery of wider KPIs, designed to support optimum commercial performance
- Analysis of data and diary systems, to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
- Developing and supporting a high-performing, motivated team, through clear and engaging communication, strong delivery of recruitment, training, and reviewing performance, and celebrating success
- Coaching the team to consistently display great customer service and best practice in sales techniques
- Responding quickly and helpfully to the team’s queries and referrals, and providing ‘hands on’ support by taking customer calls and queries when necessary
- Supporting the Sales Manager to continue to build a positive, open culture that encourages continuous two-way feedback and welcomes input from the team
- Developing a “better, faster, simpler” ethos within the sales team; continually looking to improve processes and procedures, and taking ownership of issue resolution
- Developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of PGL products, market activity and
competitor activity, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team

The role is full time, working from 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Flexible working options are available. We are located in a newly-refurbished, bright and modern office, with excellent facilities and a friendly, supportive atmosphere. Occasional visits to centres are expected, with overnight stays.

A decent basic salary is enhanced by a generous commission and bonus scheme on achievement of challenging targets.
