We’re looking for a highly motivated **Estate Agent **with proven track record to join our expanding dynamic residential sales team in **Crowborough **with an unrivalled commission package.

**Your role as an Aspire Estate Agent**

The main purpose of the role is to generate valuations with a view to taking these properties on the market and obtaining new business. The job is highly rewarded through its straightforward and unrivalled commission structure. **The expected OTE for this position is £50,000 - £70,000 per year.**

**Skills and experience required to be a successful Estate Agent for Mackenzie Sampson Estate Agents**
- An experienced sales person with proven track record
- Ability to generate new business in a target driven environment
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A **Full UK driving licence** and access to your own vehicle

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
