Childcare Practitioner

**About us**

Felixstowe Nursery is a charity run nursery, we aim to provide a warm and nurturing environment, taking children from two to five years.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Supervise children during playtime and other activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Develop age-appropriate activities for children.
- Ensure the safety of all children in the care of the provider.
- Maintain records of children's progress and development.
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any issues that may arise.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

School type:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Felixstowe, IP11 9DH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
