Full time, 36 hours and 40 mins per week, Monday - Friday. Full year (may consider Term-time and/or Part-time hours). To commence as soon as possible
**Salary**: Points 11-14 on the Sixth Form College’s Support Staff pay spine which is currently £26,097 - £28,549
The Trust is seeking to appoint an Estates Maintenance Officer to join the estates team in providing a safe, secure and well-maintained working environment for students and staff. The main duties of this role will be to provide routine building maintenance and development of the site in particular to provide maintenance support and assisting in the provision of security arrangements within the College.
We are looking for a reliable and committed individual with some experience of premises maintenance.
The role requires working on a rota system covering shifts 5.30 am - 13.20pm, 6.30am - 14.20pm, 8.30am-16:20 pm and 12 noon - 19.50pm.
