Medical Receptionist

**Park House Surgery, Prestatyn**

We have a vacancy for a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team. There are part-time and full time roles available. The surgery is open between 8am and 6.30pm and the shift times vary.

You will need to be computer literate with excellent customer service skills and also work well within a team in this fast-paced environment.

**Job Summary**:
Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.

Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-37 per week

**Salary**: £10.72 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- administration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Welsh (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
